What does an Organizational Ombuds do?
Organizational ombuds are designated neutrals who provide confidential conflict resolution and problem-solving services to members of the organization. Ombuds may offer leadership consultation, skills coaching, facilitated conversations, group assessments, and analyze trends to help improve conflict resiliency and capability.

Mediation Services
Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party, called a mediator, helps parties in a dispute reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
What does a mediator do?
A mediator is a third party neutral who listens to individuals' concerns about past or current conflict in order to find a resolution. This can be done through issue exploration and reframing, shuttle diplomacy, and mediation sessions. Mediators do not take sides and are not decision makers, arbitrators, or investigators.
